Outwell Vermont LP, 2013, 6 man tent, Excellent condition, includes footprint groundsheet in Macclesfield, Cheshire for sale

Outwell vermont LP 2013 bought New used 4 times, twice in 2013 for two 1 week stays, once in 2014 two weeks, Once in 2015 10 days. Rained on at most 6 times, we have been lucky. These pictures were taken on the 15th May 2016 when we set it up to check everything and to ensure it was spotlessly clean which it is. We have more pictures but limited to 12 on Greatbritainlisted. This is the Newer LP model which has tinted windows and blinds and a more shaped front. Two bedrooms which can split or opened to one large bedroom, Built in wardrobe with pole, the wardrobe can be removed for more space. Its best to check online for the full spec and size but I will try and answer any questions. As previously mentioned it is very clean, we are non smokers so no smells, no pets, the tent was always put away dry and stored inside our house all year. No rips tears or holes or damp stains that I am aware of we fully checked everything yesterday. I should mention that we have gaffer taped a seem on the floor where the bonding started to lift on one side. (see picture) It was just so it would not get any worse. The tape has made it tougher. We used a carpet on the main floor (not included). Included though is the optional footprint ground sheet (cost £65 extra) It protects the bottom. It is missing one metal anchor peg, should be 4, we have included spare plastic pegs. It is a fabulous tent, we just don't go camping for long periods any more with such a large tent, we have a smaller tent for shorter trips. It is very sturdy and solid. Cost £795, RRP was more than that. We are based in Macclesfield, it is too large and heavy for me to ship, however you are welcome to arrange your own courier at your cost and risk.
